Securing a mortgage can be a stressful and time-consuming experience, but an efficient broker will take most of the hassle out of the process, especially for overseas buyers who are used to quick turnaround times and a more competitive environment in their local markets.

Quality Advice and Personalized Service

The Caribbean mortgage market is largely non-regulated, but our staff is UK trained and qualified, and we pledge to act in the best interest of the client in providing quality information and advice in recommending the most suitable product to suit your needs.

An engagement fee of 1% is charged, but a quality broker can save the client this amount many times over with the correct advice and guidance.

We bring to the table over 35 years experience in the mortgage business from the UK and the Caribbean.

Our customers base is largely non-resident property owners and our sole aim is to get the client the right product that best suits their circumstances.

Our engagement fee only becomes liable when the lender makes an offer. If an offer cannot be secured then there is no fee payable.

Both parties will sign the engagement letter listing the terms & conditions of the engagement prior to proceeding with the formal application.
